That's a good explanation, he is too smart to sell this coin at issue.

Silveroid, where did you see that? The change of the price in your listing has nothing to do with the past sales.

Hello All, Just wanted to come here to clear some things out regarding this coin and the sales involved with this coin. I received 0 allocation on this coin as a dealer and had to purchase these on the secondary market. I put it up on ebay and the price was set by the market, as the customers decided what to pay for them as I was accepting best offers on them. However, I was contacted last night about the coins that I am not allowed to sell these coins even if it is purchased on the secondary market, as dealers have a embargo date, which I was not aware of at that time. Hence the reason why I had to remove the listings, and was asked to lower the price. Hope that clear things up - Jack - The Coin Shoppe

Thanks Jack for the explanation. Of course now we'll want to know which dealers are getting an allocation and if they will offer at issue price. lol I suppose the embargo date is 45 days from about Nov 9th or 10th (first release to MC member date?)

Dealers cannot advertise or sell this coin until December 23, 2015, but from what I understood a very very small portion went to the dealers.

Please keep in mind that date can be changed or they can place new restrictions on dealers at any time.

That date will be 45 days after the MC release? "EXCLUSIVE ACCESS TO SELECT COINS One of the exciting new features of the Masters Club is our commitment to designing and producing three low mintage coins each program year that are made with Masters Club members in mind. With each release, you'll get an exclusive 45-day period in which to purchase the coins. At least 90% of the mintage for each coin will be reserved for Masters Club members." http://www.mint.ca/store/mint/custo....Vk4Ws3pfOrU

Price seems a little steep. Here's the same coin for about half the price. 191740977852And here's one up for auction. 181933272629

Thanks, Jack, for the clarification. I got on the morning urgent mail from ebay, saying about opportunity to get the item for lower price, but I need to be hurry. I quickly mobilized the funds and followed by URL, but the coin was already appears as sold. (Stock = 0). That's why my assumption was that someone was faster and got very nice grab.

Thanks Jack for your response. It seems the RCM is making up the rules as it goes along. It is ridiculous that the RCM asks you not to sell the coin when you did not even get it from them. Plus there is nothing to prevent dealers from selling this coin through their private ebay accounts or family members. So why did the RCM come up with this edict when the loophole is wide enough to drive through. At the same time, there is no repercussion for big dealers who jack up prices on the same day of release.

Well that's a different explanation of what occurred, the RCM just picks and chooses the rules they want to enforce.
