absolutely correct. Same crazy demand, in terms of the RCM, was even for un-attractive Dyno-II ...but it failed on the sec market. Here, correct, the second coin will behave as Glass Bumblebee and second coin in the PM Gods series. In case of the Voyageur, though, collectors with can sell it now, getting not bad money back, cause they already have the 1935 SD or 2010-1935 SD or both.

Lol lots of people drooling over this coin, to make a fast buck or whatever, the RCM did exactly what I have been saying for months now that they needed to do. Get interest back in their coins, appears to have worked, on this coin anyways.

What helped kill the other series was the RCM own greed by increasing mintage, this coin is different most if not all should have not pass the gold level of mc, but if they increase mintage on this coin who knows probably kill it too. Some people are missing the point, this coin is a mc reward, nothing more, nothing less, not for dealers to make a windfall.

But not need to forget, like John said, this coin is exclusively high level MC reward and should be like this... The mint started to reduce the mintages, but imo, this one is exception, majority of rest of the coins will go old known way.

If they keep the same mintage (2200), this coin is a subscription too. I foresee this 'clamour' for the coin on an annual basis. Those on the 'good list' will get their present, Those on the 'not so lucky list' will be upset every year until the full set is complete.
However, if like other series, they increase the supply to say 3300 coins... next year, and 4400 the following year, you will see a continuance of what happened with the original 'zodiac' set, where the 1998 Tiger coin continues with the highest premium of any of the coins...except maybe the actual box and medallion Mint Issued collector box to put them in.

First option is healtheir and the way it should be.
For tourists, travelling with Economy, each flight like a lottery, starting with finding of cheaper flight options. For the first class - it is just travel with all the convenience that people eligible for the money they spend to keep the status.

However, the flight is consumable, its gone gone once off the plane. Where the coin is something that lasts and can be traded for profit. I see it as a different good. A flight is more comparable to a hotel room or a movie. A coin is a durable, with collectivity.

Personally, I think the price will run up to around $1200. Just my opinion.

My guess is $1500+. It's without a doubt worth more than the lady bug.

How high the price goes depends on how much supply for sale is out there. The only way the prices will drop if there is a sudden surge of listings on ebay and so far we have not seen this. For a 2200 coin mintage, its amazing there are so few listings. I remember the gold 2013 Superman had dozens of listings by this time.

For the people with low budget (like me) the $735 that Superman costs it kind of small "investment", and if I would buy it - will be under pressure to resell and get money back. While $190 for Voyageur - manageable to spend and keep, no rush to sell (maximum - nice coin to keep)
