I had a similar thing happen this week. I got an email with "your items have been shipped" - the three things I paid for have postal tracking codes beside them...the fourth (free coin) List as 0 shipped..and no postal tracking. This morning I got a duplicate "your items have been shipped....however the 'free coin' wasn't even listed this time.
I'm waiting for an Explanation from my rep.

I got shipped early on this coin but others my orders are near the end too, my guess is how much pull your rep has.

I experience that same from time to time. This coin however I got faster than any other order in the last 3 years. Sounds like maybe the reps don't have any pull when it comes to shipping. Possibly don't care? Too busy? Beyond their control? They sold, get their commission and move on. Maybe we should all lodge complaints through customer service and just maybe they'll will look at changing things.

Reps get involved in shipping if you ask them too. I had an issue on one shipment and my (previous) rep looked into it. Turned out to be an accounting problem - long story that I have posted before.
I complain about shipping on every MC survey I do - nothing changes.

It is the same for me CC, posted before about it in this thread. I have phoned my rep 3 times this week with no answer to my calls or messages or my emails. Have to agree with Rg500s gets the commission who cares about the rest.

You will find out reps are there only to take your order. They can't be bothered with incidental stuff like customer service.

Then what is the purpose of reps. For some people it was easier to order the Voyageur through the website than through their reps. Order through the rep and you get, "sorry sold out but will put you on wait list". Still waiting.

The tier system has helped the reps kind of weed out the 20 for 20 mc and the real spenders but they will soon disappear, and be very few of them. This is the only coin from a massive release this year that has gone up in value while maybe the first big coins might hold value, hard to spend 5000.00 to get a chance at a doubling value coin next year.

Having a rep is still a trial run for the mint ever since the "found gold (1912-1914)" syndrome when this first was introduced. From my reading of many posts some of us have benefited others - not so much. Didn't matter much what your status was (ie 2015 Voyageur - exclusive MC). BTW Voyageur was never available for on line purchase. RCM has the ability to "weed out the 20 for 20 (xx xx) mc" and selectively reward their high end (non dealer) purchasers within their own system. However, their systems are a mess that's why we get emails on delivered orders from over a year ago. Quite frankly I'd be ashamed to say I was the CEO of a billion dollar company that is run this way.

I purchased the voyageur coin online and apparently the stock over the phone is different, I called in to order when I saw awaiting stock online and I was told its sold out and I was placed on a waiting list. However later I checked online, saw it was available and I ordered. But I never heard of what happened to the waiting list when ideally speaking, before it became available online, all waiting lists should had been fulfilled and remainder should go online for "first come first serve bases" had I not ordered later and relied on the "waitlist" I would have not received the coin.

They've had the MC and reps a lot longer than the release of the 'gold hoard' release. Back when I first became a M/C member I called to see if I could get on a wait list for some release or another... he said that "reps" have the authority to do that for you, but I didn't qualify. I told him to go check my records and think again... He has been very good to me ever since. I'm sure it was about 2004 or 2005.

That was definitely not the case as people on this and the other forum said the coin was available online on the morning of November 9. Everyone who was able to order online was able to get one. Some people like me who ordered through their reps had problems.

I ordered it online before my rep even sent me the email, had I waited for my rep I would've probably missed out on it, I didn't want to risk it.

Yes, it was discussed on the web forums on the 9th, but I when I went to the RCM web site, I couldn't find it. I didn't get the email until mid day on the 10th and by then it was already awaiting stock. Even when I had the email, I had no luck when I tried to search and find it on the mint web site. The only way I could get to it was from the link in the email. I don't recall anyone posting a link to it on the 9th, or I likely would have had one, as I put my faith in the mint following the rules as to who could order it and when. As the email said, Quote: Thank you for being a Master Club member!
