this coin is different sound when I drop it on the table compare to my other 1992

It's not a weak strike, most likely Struck Through Grease.
Don't drop test your coins

I personally wouldn't keep it. You should check your 1992 and 1992-D cents for the Close AM variety reverses. This one is a Wide AM, so it is common.

I agree with a light grease issue on the die. Note how the devices look wider? That is because of the grease blockage. (the tapered part of the die is filled and just the wider part is being struck.
