the 4th and 2nd last are remnants of die polishing and deterioration. I believe the rest to be damage.

I think that the 4th and second last are die clashes; you see varying degrees of this throughout the young queen series. Sometimes it's just a thin sliver like this one, some times a partial "football"/pointed oval shape. I do agree with dollarman's Die Deterioration description on the rest of the marks, though.
