The main reason I decided to register is because I found a Liberty head nickel recently. It was also at the end of the roll. I got the roll in a box from a local bank. Report this Post to the Staff

Most recent box, I found 2 buffalos (1934P and a dateless). Also found a 12 sided 1958 Canada Nickel and a $1 Mexico Peso. Exciting finds for us! Report this Post to the Staff

Numisma Pillar of the Community United States 4963 Posts	Posted 04/26/2018 09:21 am I have good news and bad news. First, the good. Some of you may know that I'm a high school senior. Recently, a freshman who's also in the band has expressed an interest in collecting and come to me for some guidance. He's hunted a couple boxes of nickels, and on Monday he showed me this beautiful 1929-S, which he pulled from his very first box. Not only that, but it has a nice lamination visible on both sides of the coin, which he though was just damage until I explained it. I snapped a couple of quick pictures on my phone, so it's a bit hard to see, but they're there. Now the bad news. The lamination peel on the reverse, which was still attached to the coin, broke off in his finger. Report this Post to the Staff
