Not much difference on my opinion ,it removed some dirty but looks bad still due to its corrosion and if I'm not wrong the "little luster" on Lincoln's face it's gone also ...
If you had asked us first ,we would have told you do not waste your Acetone on that Lincoln. It is completely useless against corrosion and who knows what else is going on with that coin .
Acid will clean the copper corrosion. Try baking soda, ketchup, or vinegar. Boil them for 30 minutes for both sides with above weak acid, and you will have a shining and cleaned copper coin. If you use a strong acid such as HCl, it need careful control of timing and strength of acid.
