Cool survivor and nice find @Lucky Cuss.

As more and more of the past generations pass away, safe deposit boxes will be opened and older paper currency stashed away for a rainy day will be dispersed. Some heirs just don't have a clue to the potential value of older paper money.

Whoa! Very nice!

I could not afford to keep it, especially not being a note collector. I certainly would not spend it, instead I would trade it at the next coin show.

My Standard Guide to Small-Size says by the serial number it's in the range of notes labeled "Light Vivid Yellow-Green Seal" ......in other words YES it's a LGS.

Anyone ever heard a theory on why the BEP shifted to the darker seals?

We need input from amrys here on the range of hues for LGS notes and how he discriminates among them. Is it just a serial number range, or is there something more?
