1985 D Lincoln Penny With Errors Opinions Please

Is it broad struck or a misaligned die? Are those polishing scratches circling the obverse and reverse side? I think it has blistered plating with gas bubbles, some awesome die cracks, and on the reverse pluribus unum seems to have a spread

The ring is Die Deterioration. I also see some orange peel which happens a lot on zincolns. EPU looks normal to me

Until they figured out what the problem with the bubbles on the Zincolns, a lot looked bad during the earlier 80's. They determined it was a rinse issue with the zinc dust on the planchets before they were plated. Happens a lot less now days. If you find this on a variety, I would pass on them. Who knows for sure what will happen to them in the future. (probably just get worse looking) Wouldn't want to by a future problem coin and loose out when you go to sell it later on. Even at a reduced price, I would still pass on them.
