The pics are a bit small but I'll guess XF40. Could be a Choice VF as well though.

try cropping your pics so that it results in a larger picture. it's definitely the 1858/(7) 1C Weak. the reverse is the very typical weak strike. XF40 looks right for this one.

I agree with VF35-EF40 but in a couple of the photos mainly the one of the reverse I thought it looked like it might have seen a old cleaning ?
Could be the photo ?

Agree it probably makes EF-40, but it might pull a details grade because of the many rim ticks.

Broken wingtip and both die chips. A fair amount of wear on the breast feathers. I'll join the VF-35 club.

Cropping to get a larger picture is good, and rotation is good too. It's harder to grade a piece when the photo is rotated 45 degrees. My grade of coin is VF-35.
