PSD or PMD (Think they mean about the same)- Looks like someone took out some frustration out on it.

I would estimate there is a million and one ways to damage coins once they've been struck. This one falls into my "Stuck between a rock and a hard place" category.

Hard to say exactly which rock and hard place was involved. Short story is PSD. Thanks, Doug.

thanks everyone.....still not sure what it does for the coin as far as collectible, but knowledge is king ya know ......oh, & thanks my fellow ohioan slamnbass " great name " I'm learning this picture thing pretty well I guess.
