The listing was a little messed up, which might have kept some people away. Was willing to pay more, but looks like I got quite a deal. Surprised PCGS let me download the pics. Toning is better in hand. Thoughts?

I don't know much about grading quarters but if it's truly a 67 you made out like a bandit. I think the seller did you a favor with their title :). Guide shows $800 value with the lowest "prices realized" being $282. Many have sold for over $1000! I love the reverse, not a huge fan of the observe. You did well from what I can tell!

Gorgeous toning on the reverse. I'm sure the listing error was a deterrent. Great deal!

Very nice. So what did you buy it for?

It is a nice coin!

It looks like it was mint packaging too long, but many like that.

And, once again, it shows that I expect more from a MS-67 than PCGS does.

Sorry Ed , but if all I had to go by was the sellers photos ,I would have passed. Not a fan of all that blotchy toning . You did good by getting the pics from PCGS . Looks a lot better .
Rest in Peace

I would've messaged the seller about the error in their listing.
JMO. YMMV.

Prices like this for coins that are still available in original mint-sealed bags are just mind-numbing.

I like any coin that can be sold for a profit .....so I can buy more

If the listing was debatable, I agree, but not necessary here. Seller photographed the coin, and had the PCGS cert # in the descript. Also these notes:

"1964 25c Washington Silver Quarter Dollar

PCGS Mint State 67

Iridescent toning on both sides"

and...

"IMPORTANT NOTE: The photo is of the exact item in this listing. You WILL receive the item that is photographed."

So although there were 2 errors in the listing, the coin for sale was evident.

Wow, I just LOVE the toning! Cool that it's such a high grade and it's the last silver date.

Yeah, the TrueView kinda kills the luster, obverse is prettier in hand.
