My recent acquisition of a Bull and Horseman Type-I with bull side obv. This is of Prithviraj Chauhan who ruled Delhi from CE. 1179 to 1192. He was the son of Someswaradeva and the last Hindu ruler of Delhi, whom Muhammad bin Sam alias Muhammad Ghori subdued to snatch power. On the obv. is the recumbent bull with "asavari sri samanta deva" legend in Sarada script above similar to the one you can find on some Samantadeva bull and horseman coins. Rev. shows the horseman passant to the right and the ruler's name "sri Pri thvi (raja deva) above.
