The locations of the mint marks are not the same, so it can't be this die number:
1943-D-1MM-001?-Boldly-Doubled-Mintmark

I didn't find a match on Wexler's Site:

Or coppercoins site

Seems to soft to be a RPM. But it is not in a die flow direction, so it can't be that issue. Imitates a partial curve and the size of a punching. You might try a couple more shots of that area to get a very good image and include one that is circled to show what area you are seeing. If you hadn't marked that I would have missed it. But RPMs are usually stronger as they are punched into the die. Note on the image that is in the side by side. That was probably a single punching for the RPM. The last one with the circle on it was the most convincing. Then send it to John Wexler to get his opinion. See what he thinks about it. It might be a new find or not. A bit clearer image will help him to see what you have on the whole area. Then let us know what he thinks.

I dont mean to sound so ignorant, but how would I get in contact with John Wexler. I've never had to get in contact with him, so how do I go about doing so?

I think this could be WRPM-036. I would like to have someone else do an overlay and hear their opinion of it.
