Nice job. Looks like two of the collar seams are visible in that pic? Does it say "30th Anniversary" multiple times on the rim of the coin? edit: typo

I contacted the Mint and like other times, was told the order of the three ASE'S needed to be returned.When I mentioned the upside down coins, I meant the coins were upside down and banged up, they were sealed and fingerprints were on the coins. I was sent, via computer, the two RMA'S and shipping labels, one for the three Eagles and the other for the Unc set....... I asked if I could just send all the returns in one package, Highly Suggested to do two packages. I have been like other's, ordering from the Mint for decades. I would of loved to of kept the one flawless eagle!!!! I just await the next batch's.....

That is a change from previous years. Perhaps the current fulfillment folks (the mint contracts order fulfillment out to private, for profit companies, going to bid every five years or so) want to take he entire order to the employee(s) that picked and packed it for QC purposes. I am happy to see you returning the less than stellar coin, as I have come to expect perfect or near perfect ASEs from the mint. Especially this year, with three strikes of 225 tons each, I expect nothing but perfection from both the current proofs and the upcoming uncirculated version. All five of my proof coins are just that, perfect.

A couple of weeks ago I order two HF P pucks and one was damaged. I got a return authorization to return one for replacement which I did.
Same thing with a Saratoga twp puck order...one damaged and returned and they shipped a new one out.
Been like that for quite a long time...

Still TBD on the schedule. They haven't even narrowed it down to one of the remaining 3 months of the year!

Foxwoods, I contacted the Mint again, My replacement of the ASE'S are being processed. I asked the CS rep about the keeping part of the entire order and She told me, " yes if there was one that was acceptable, You can keep it and send back the rest "!! I sent back one, IMO, flawless ASE........ :( PS, I just wanted to reply to your comment about keeping part of an order and You, My fellow coin collecting Friend, were correct......I sure hope the replacements are sweet....

My saga remains un-resolved: by my mistake I managed to be dual-subscribed for the release and my attempt to deactivate one of the above wasn't done in-time to make any difference either. So, two of the coins were shipped to me, individually. Here's where it get's a bit more interesting.. UPS shows up, and says they have two packages for me from US Mint, by the way, you owe us $30 C.O.D. for this one here. I said, you're obliged to return that to the US Mint, thank you very much. Here's what their tracking says from that moment to now: 10/08/2016 4:04 A.M. In Transit {it says this every day, and every day it goes nowhere}

09/19/2016 4:53 P.M. The receiver does not want the product and refused the delivery.Meanwhile, after spending far too long dealing with UPS customer service the representative's final words to me were, "We {UPS} are waiting for a tracking number from the shipper". However, she was unable to tell me when they requested said tracking number. Something smells fishy here.....
