The first thing that caught my attention was the mark on the 'L' on PLURIBUS, but you last image showed me it was just coin contact on that device and the 'N' as well. What is missing is the enlarged devices. This is one of the tougher dies to ID. But here are several images that will help you in your search: A few more? Isn't it interesting to see different types/angles of light to show the hub doubling? That is why I use more than one set of images sometimes.
