MD/Die Deterioration. Maybe coop can post some pics of a 1982 DDR LMC. Should also be a small date zinc if I'm not mistaken.

I was hoping it was a DDR, but it isn't. The first thing that caught my attention was the mark on the 'L' on PLURIBUS, but you last image showed me it was just coin contact on that device and the 'N' as well. What is missing is the enlarged devices. This is one of the tougher dies to ID. But here are several images that will help you in your search:

Isn't it interesting to see different types/angles of light to show the hub doubling? That is why I use more than one set of images sometimes.

question coop, so does the 1983 p DDR, look exactly the same as the 1982 p DDR?

No, but there are two DDR that are similar for 1983. The other one (001) is even stronger.
