I actually didn't know this variety existed until I saw split serifs and looked it up on CC. I really can't find anything on this variety and if it is rare or not. You would think that a Semi-key early date Lincoln variety would be well documented and it's not only an Inverted MM but a Double Inverted MM RPM. Just thought I would share. Wexler's site http://doubleddie.com/1179140.html As far as inverted mint marks, there are three for cents. This one and two for 1946-S. on Mercury dimes there are several.
