Tia, my father saved coins that were in circulation either in the U.S. (wheat pennies, Kennedy half dollars) or in countries to which he traveled, but he wasn't an avid coin collector. I think that this bank token and other old coins in my father's coin box were acquired by my great-grandfather or other relatives.
