27.58 g, 40 mm, still with a pretty weird surface.

I would say fake. The surfaces and details don't look right to me.

At just two tenths of a gram light, I'd judge it to be genuine but environmentally damaged somehow. With so many having been struck (20 million +), this one will never be worth more than its value as bullion.

What I am curious about is why someone would do such a coin from silver, with the same weight, with a perfect rim, but with such a flaw in surface. And what method of forgery has been used?
