Here's another Jeton I've not been able to fully identify. I have ID the obverse as that of Alexander I of Germany, seen exactly alike on others but with different reverses. The only reference to "Ritter S(t?) George" is a hotel in Nurmberg. Found no refs to LL on reverse either, similar style coins have LETTON (jeton)at the bottom. Is this a counter token from the hotel circa 1815?

This is a chip for roulette game in a hotel. Alexander 1 was an emperor of Russia (in German Russland). There are many different variations of such chips with different emperors of different countries. Saint George was very often depictured on Russian icons and is some kind of symbol of Russia.

Thank you Baton, that was the direction I was going in. Guess the final question is, since it is a hotel roulette chip, is the hotel The Ritter St. George Hotel in Nuremburg Germany built in 1574 and standing today? Might not know that part

I don't know about this specific hotel. But not every hotel in Germany was allowed to have a casino, mostly hotels in spa towns (Bad Ems, Baden-Baden etc.). In 1872 all casinos in Germany were prohibited. So your chip was made prior this year.
