Die deterioration. Visible to the south east of the date as well.

It is not deteriorating at the top of his head it is perfectly fine

Die deterioration. By deterioration, we mean the die, not the coin.

DDD ( Die Deterioration Doubling), it's very common to this issue...and the 1992D.

Worth a cent, unless there's novelty value. I've got a couple of JFK halves where the only Die Deterioration is on GOD, so I'm calling those my polytheistic coins.

Apologies for the initial curt response. I had just finished an episode of Sherlock, so I became accustomed to his matter of fact method of speaking.
