I was going through some old change the other day and really hadn't heard of a large S nickle until I just casually googled 1941 S Nickle. I would love to hear what you think? And how rare are they?

There were 43,445,000 of them minted.

If someone really wanted it, you might get $0.50 for it.

Not something you find everyday, I would keep it!

Those numbers include both large and small S mintmarks. The larger make up about 20% of all of the S mint marks around here. I probably have a couple of rolls of them.
