1969 S Proofs Found In Circulation But Pristine Condition

Nyfireman Valued Member United States 218 Posts	Posted 03/06/2017 9:56 pm Good evening my uncle owns a deli he saves coins for me today he got a penny dime nickel and half dollar all look like they were broken from a proof set. Should I just put these in 2x2 holders or are these something I should send in to PCGS. These coins are in pristine condition. What should I do with these? Unfortunately I doubt sending them in to a TPG is going to be worth the money. Even light handling will have serious detrimental impact. Any surface contact causes some damage, nicks, scratches and fingerprints, the killer of proof coins. Always handle coins by the edge! Report this Post to the Staff
