1960 Cent Idb Obverse And Doubling On Date

1960 cent has an IDB with chips on the lower right of bust on the obverse and the date looks to be doubled especially the notching on the upper tip of the six, I can't tell whether it is doubling or md . Help is appreciated.

That die crack across the bottom of the bust is common on dates 1960 - 1964, but the doubling looks nice. I think it's just regular MD, but 1960 is a tough year to find any errors, so congrats for the find!
