1960-P Jefferson Nickel: Is This Strong Doubling Due To Die Deterioration?

Is this just everyday excessive Die Deterioration, or something more interesting? I assume that since the doubling is on both sides of each letter in some cases, then it is not Machine Doubling. When I look for doubled dies, it is most apparent I have one when I see this effect and that is just what I always look for. To have a smashed down mushy outline around the lettering, especially showing on all sides is indicative of Die Deterioration and machine or Mechanical Doubling with no extra value.
