Does anyone have seen an Britain coin similair to this piece? I can't figure out which one it is

On the obverse you see a king or bishop with crown. Reverse some kind of monogram with lyrics +NORE

I did try to make the reverse better so the monogram is visible. It has a very odd shape.

Noone? I also thouhg it could be something like Bishop of Canterbury penny. The monogram has some similarities
