Sorry if this is in the wrong area but I got this in change at Walmart. I think it is a penny made out of a dime blank? Where can I send it to be verified?

True story.
I was at the local bank getting rolls of halves to search. Exiting the bank I saw an armored car with the back doors open and two guards frantically cleaning up a huge amount of dimes thy had somehow spilled all over the parking lot behind the truck.
Me: Hey guys, quit working so hard. Don't worry about it! Leave it alone and I guarantee it will take care of itself.
At least they got a smile from their mistake. :)

I can imagine the mess. The chain of events that had to happen leading up to the spill I'm sure we're humorous in hindsight.

How can you tell when a coin dealer is on vacation?
He's got a tarp thrown over his house and all the lawn furniture is on the roof.
