I just came across this coin leaving McDonald's, can you guys help me and tell something about this coin. If it has value, is it a keeper? And it seems that the date is turn side ways instead of stamp straight on.

Well, it is one of the more common Buffalo nickels in the set but sure, it's a keeper.
I would estimate it is in original F12 condition and what is there not to like about it.
Value may only be around a buck or two but it's a nice one, I've seen worse!

Not much value but, more than $0.05. It's circulated and has a clear date and doesn't seem to have any damage.

It's certainly an awesome find in change and a keeper!

P.S. The date position is normal, your pic is rotated CCW.

Yes that Buffalo nickel is worth saving . The date looks tilted to you because the coin is tilted a little to the left . Congrats on a nice looking Buff, most of these found in circulation are damaged or cruddy looking .
