Those letters on the obverse look like letters from a Jefferson nickel. I suspect that maybe someone used pliers or a small vise to press this cent and a nickel together. PMD

Hydraulic press, would take more muscle than Cena's got to do that with pliers, vise or a hammer whack

Customer wrapper roll, woulda got rejected in a coin counter...you just lost $.01 unless you spend it or do the same

Yup, it's just damage. Something struck or pressed against the obverse and a nickel was on the other side, leaving a partial mirrored impression of UNUM on your coin.

It's a 19xx copper plated zinc cent. Maybe someone had an aversion to the specific date? Who knows...

Looks more like someone experimenting with a soft die mold. (The letters are not reversed) The soft die edges were pressed into the coin.
