Hello Coin World I have 86&87 penny that looks like he has extra curl on front of his head.ive been looking at pennies allday but just wondering if anyone is seeing what I an?

Most folks wouldn't have noticed that. It is a Struck Through Grease filled die. The elements sometimes get clogged up with the polishing junk and old metal, fills these spaces preventing a good impression. Compare the areas on your coin and a normal one. Nice catch!

Also notice the Die Deterioration of the die flow line forming through the motto IGWT
