sel_69l Bedrock of the Community Australia 21788 Posts	Posted 01/11/2018 4:00 pm Oxide or sulfide deposit. Nowhere as bad as bronze disease for bronze / copper coins. The pictures look flat. Was the image scanned or photographed? If photographed, then I have problems with the lack of luster that this coin has, in this condition. Three tests: Needs to be checked accurately for weight, and with a magnet. Does it make the same ring sound as a genuine silver dollar? Report this Post to the Staff
