These are the first two I've ever seen (odd I get them on the same day) but I don't know anything about how to classify them except that it's a chunk of metal missing from the coin. Double Mint Pillar of the Community United States 810 Posts	Posted 06/02/2008 12:23 am Look at the rim The rims gone on the penny but not the nickel. All the clips I came across so far has the rim missing where the coin was clipped. I found 15 clips so far my ltest one was a triple curved clip on a nickel.
