Your dime has a slight MAD. Since none of the design is off the edge of the coin and missing, its probably worth 10 cents.

Hey all, I am resubmitting this coin because I have seen multiple other coins exhibiting the same condition. (With new camera shots)

I'm trying to figure out if it's a missing nickel clad, or is it just the nickel process that went bad. There are bits of copper and a little bright nickel on obverse.
