I'm going with Dryer Coin. The way that the metal seems to be melted and softly moved tells me is was in a heat source for way to long.

I agree it looks like a Dryer Coin, the curl on the rim and scratchy detail seem to fit. The major banged area of the rim, I think, was a later hit.

Heat has nothing to do with a Dryer Coin. Seeing as copper takes almost 2K degrees to melt, I hope no dryers get that hot

And, as is later int he thread stated, a lot of what we call Dryer Coins can also be washer coins if from laundromats with vertical-ish washing machines.

Not too sure about it being a Dryer Coin,but some kind of PMD not an error.
