What is "off strike error?"
Looks like DDD to me, Die Deterioration Doubling.

Sccollector, forgive John1, he's sometimes blunt, but usually quite accurate! It is necessary for full coin pix of both sides to determine most "strike" errors. I'm not sure that the effects seen on your coin are all Die Deterioration, but that raised ridge is usually an indication of late state dies. Because the rim s not fully formed, and letters are flat, this looks more like an improper pressure strike. Not enough pressure to force the metal into the die's devices. Without the whole coin seen, can't determine if it is a MAD misaligned die or pressure, my vote is pressure.

Don't need to apologize for me Crazyb0. I do not consider myself to be "blunt", I am more "to the point" I am not that good at explaining myself, so I tend to give a yes or no answer. If you want a detailed explanation it is coop and Crazy you want. I am also only right about 80% of the time.

EDIT: sccollector,
No need to apologize,I just have not heard of that description before. Ask as many question as you need to and use whatever wording you know. We will teach you the "lingo" as you go along.
