That's a small date. Still spendable though. You should be able to find a finer specimen. The 1960 SD is the toughest one to find in the wild. I'm still looking for a circulation specimen.

Rackster has it correct. It is a small date circulated coin. I don't see a variety on it though. The dark spot between the "9 & 6" is a carbon spot. (Not removable) Keeper for copper, or spend it.
