If you send it off, send it off to either PCGS or NGC, you'll get a better return on your money if it gets a PO-01(which I believe it will quite easily)

This may or may not be worth it depending on what you paid for it, but you should be able to get around $100 for it, PO01's have sold for between $90-150 at auction.

If the cost of getting it graded plus the cost of the coin, as well as the ebay fees outweigh potential profit, you can consider selling it raw as a PO01 candidate and make a higher margin, that way you dont have to risk the outside chance of it getting an FR2 and you dont have to wait the 3+ weeks before you get it back. I could see it selling for around $35-45 raw.

that is the most natutally worn looking lowball I have seen. some look like they were worn down at the buffing wheel.
