I've had this little coin for a while now. fyi I posted it on another coin forum a few years back (in case this comes up on a google search).

I received it in a lot of 17th century tokens from a UK seller. It looks to me similar to copper styca of Northumbria but I can't find another like it.

I also recently came across a Danish King - Erik III / "Eric Lam" and it struck me as a possibility for the legend on this piece. He didn't issue many coins though and the ones I found are in silver and don't look like this one.

This coin / token is copper and only about 14-15mm & 0.5g.

Any ideas? Thank you :)

I'm going to add this - since I did find there is a connection between King Eric Lam & Northumbria. It is probably a wild goose chase - but it is all I have to go on right now -
