That die is absolutely roached. A die chip on a die that's so worn even the chip is worn. I thought the new dimes were bad... yikes. Modern US Mint production quality, folks. Keep if you want.

Die flow is making it look altered. Not a RPM, just a very, very tired die. Spendable unless you want it for an education piece to new collectors you find.
