I need help to deicide if this coin is unique because of the internal circular line toward the outside rim and what looks like doubling on the 3 and D of date mint mark. I am an amateur at posting hope this works.

to CCF. That is called a Ridge Ring and it is caused by a worn die aka DDD...die deterioration doubling. No added value.
