The small P mintmark was first used in 1979/1980, and Philadelphia coins in 1957 did not use a mintmark. That is impossible.

Could be damage and Pareidolia, but having a better pic would help to determine what you've got. When I rotate, crop, enlarge, and enhance your pic, it is a little too blurry for me to know for sure.

There's a lot of Die Deterioration and die flow on the coin, I think the misshapen mintmark is caused by that.
