to CCF. With just that one pic,it looks like DDD,a worn die issue. We need good photos of the front and back of coin. Please tell us where you are seeing a doubled die.

Die Deterioration Doubling is caused by the dies being overused and wearing down. As this happens the incuse letters on the die wear out and become closer to the fields producing this effect.
