I recently aquire this dramatic Hong Kong $2 coin, it seems to have doubling, please advise if this is struck doubling or master die doubling, thanks!!

Looks more like a swerve in the printing process, not sure really about a double strike though. You could always send it for grading and see for yourself of the outcome. Best of luck!
