2014 Penny Is That Zinc Rot

At first I thought it was a scratch below Lincoln's chin but when looking closer, it looks like 2 matching pitted holes with a tail. Is that zinc rot?

Assuming it's raised, it's probably a form of zinc rot. Can you depress it with your fingernail?

Coinfrog I tried getting a picture at an angle but was not successful. The 2 spots are depressed slightly. They are not very deep.
