Quote: And, as you pointed out, shipping in the original mailing package is an option for PCGS Early or First Release grading. PCGS calls it first strike. Early Release and First Release is NGC Quote: However, the sets were sold out so fast that all of them should be considered Early or First Releases, actually. Unless you want to distinguish between those sold on July 3 (75,000 First/Early Releases!!), with those sold on July 4th or 5th. Not exactly, the backordered sets if they really do ship August 8ish will be past the deadline

The two US sets that I received today are absolutely beautiful and perfect. I'm very pleased and my set is once again complete until the next release.

Hey, last time I checked the U.S. mint site, 5:30 pm CST there were no sales figures for the ASE sets. Anybody get them?

Sold out is the figure. It's unavailable not even on back-order

Mine arrived while I was away watching the All-Star game (and we all know the AL is the best league ). I'll work on photos later but I'm very pleased with my sets. Two minor gripes 1) would have preferred the case to be wooden and 2) not so sure about the inside art of the upper clam shell...why so grainy? Like I said, small gripes and the coins are quite nice in hand. Very happy with these sets!

basebal21 - Thanks, I just didn't see the "Sold Out" sign yet.
Does anybody know if the NGC or PCGS has stats showing how many PF- 69s, PF-70s etc. are graded for each coin submitted? Would be nice to get an idea of how rare such grades are, how likely a certain issue will be graded as such.

@historic - the TPGs absolutely keep track of their gradings and resulting data are freely available from their respective sites.
However it sounds like you are looking for advice on speculation. Good luck with that and just be prepared for a 69.

Celtic Knot - Yeah, I might break even with PF-69s and 'Early Releases" after paying all the fees, I'm thinking of not sending any of my sets to be graded.

https://catalog.usmint.gov/pride-of...et-19XB.htmlLooks like sold out. Order 2 sets, but going to the wrong address. Delivery is FedExSmartPost. Contacted FedEx, USPS, and not much I can do. I have some one close to wrong address who will watch for delivery. No signature needed. I could call the post office in the city and see if they can forward the package to my current location. Or return to UDS Mint and have them forward to correct address. Delivery is scheduled for Friday July 12th. Any suggestions.
