I just found this one in a bin in a LCS. Looks an old counterfeit. Is it part of blacksmith series or a counterfeit belong to a different family? The coin is upside/down strike and we can see partially 1774.

Thanks

Contemporary counterfeit.
While the obverse portrait looks pretty good (apart from Georgie's curls that is) Britannia's arms, drapery, length of neck, head size, are way off.
Most probably made in London sometime during the 1770s or 80s.

Yes - looks contemporary counterfeit to me. The bust, particularly the eye, also look wrong.
Weight would be a good indicator - Regal halfpennies should be over 9g - officially 9.6g I believe, whereas counterfeits are mostly under 8g.

Absolutely!
Counterfeits were so prevalent at the time they are as collectable, some even more so, than the regal issues.
