coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 09/11/2020 1:27 pm It maybe just common flat field doubling. A distortion of the first strike altered by the second strike. It happens on proof coins as they are struck twice (or more on some denominations like gold coins) Report this Post to the Staff
