Sorry, not seeing any doubling. I see a well-circulated '93 D quarter--evidence of rubs, hits, dings, and circulation wear and circulation flattening (on letters and numbers). And a touch of crud picked up along the way.

I can see some doubling on IGWT, but I can't tell what kind. Please post focused and cropped images of both side of the coin. Also try not to cut off any of the coin so we can see the full rims. The better the images, the more help we can give you.

IGWT looks like MD to me, but a better pic would help to confirm.

2 bits = 2^2 = 4. I would think this coin is worth somewhere between 4 and 5 bits (16-32), Coop lol
