Here's another piece from my most recent submission..feel free to look up the cert number if you don't plan on participating.. but please don't spoil the fun for everyone else!  This piece is by far, one of my favorite coins..I think it is obvious why..  Feel free to call me Will.

toning suggests proof, the rims suggest mint state, I will be first to guess proof-66

I find it impossible to grade from any PCGS 'TruView'.
Talk about an oxymoron.

Definitely a 1937 Mirror specimen strike, but I wonder if the toning prevented a DCAM designation (mostly from the reverse). I would say SP-66 CAM at the bare minimum, perhaps even SP-67...
