Your coin is not a doubled die. It is a result of Die Deterioration Doubling which is very common and unfortunately worthless.

The affected areas are on the outside edges of the devices in the direction of the closest rim. On a doubled die, the devices are showing spread in the centers of the devices:

When you look at variety vista dime obverses, after about 1973 there are not many obverse doubled dies:

Note the ones with the lines under the dates? Those are the listings. Without the lines are the years with no listings. They seem pretty much a waste of time to look on the obverse after 1973?
